Problem: You know how when you've made the effort to really commit to making an awesome dinner, perhaps even going so far as to do little restaurant-style flourishes of parsley or sauce swirls on the rims of the plates (ok, me neither, but play along), the idea of actually standing in the kitchen scrubbing dishes afterwards is enough to turn your stomach?
