"People" mag’s most beautiful celebs: Kate Hudson, Salma Hayek and… Rumer Willis?

Kate Hudson was selected as coverlady, repping for gorgeous tomboys everywhere. We think there are about half a dozen men in Hollywood who might agree, so we’ll give her the pass. Some other “winners” include:
