Yesterday, I attend a fantastic conference focused on flexible work options. Read who was there and what they said here. One of the striking points that came out of it was that while many of the panelists were talking about co-working options for their employees, none of them had certainly heard the term. And when I spoke to the speaker from Accenture and Cisco, both of them were excited about learning more. Epiphany! While I use the word coworking constantly, most of our members don't even realize they are co-workers. Those of us in the community share time on Google groups, talk about our spaces, give advice, share stories, etc. But those who haven't heard of coworking maybe need a little lesson and those of us in the coworking world maybe to learn how to use other terms to bring others into the community.
