Men are so lucky. Although there seem to be very narrow standards for what is considered beautiful for women, men can be considered hot in a million ways. Take the ugly hot guy. I've never read the book Why Men Love Bitches, but the title is pretty arresting, and having perused The Rules, He's Just Not That Into You, et al, I think I can probably construct the argument without it. Basically, unless you're a challenge and make him work a little to show you he's worthy of your attention, you're a doormat, and a lot of men will take advantage of that.
