I know this place; I’ve been here before. On Saturday night, I almost didn’t get out of bed to go to my friend Jillian’s birthday party. My skirt barely zipped up and I would be seeing friends I hadn’t seen in a couple of months. In the end, I did go—not celebrating my friend’s birthday because I felt fat would be really freakin’ selfish, I decided—but I kept my jacket on the whole time.(Yes, there are ways to dress 10 pounds thinner!)
