Thanks for all the great tips on how to cut 300 calories from my diet. I took your advice—and it was the easiest thing ever! I’ll let you know if I notice a difference, if I’m hungry, etc. My hope is that the adjustments are so tiny (going for nonfat yogurt instead of 2%; cutting out a couple servings of fruit) that I won’t really miss anything! Fingers crossed. It’ll be really interesting to see if these mininscule changes help me jump the plateau—and I’ll obviously report back!
