My preschooler son is pretty
well aware of what I do for a living. In his words, I am a
"buhh-logger who writes on the computer about healthy
stuff." And really, that sums it up. When I am not tapping
away in front of the laptop, I do try to keep up the healthy stuff
in our home.
We do yoga together in the morning, we make it
a rule not to eat fast food, and our cabinets are
stocked
full of healthy snacks, a reasonable number of
organics and local produce, and a few treats. I don't have the
energy or inclination to be militant, but I do give as much as I
can to walking the talk I do here.
