I have been working out at the gym at least 3-4 days a week, doing at least 30 mins on the elliptical (mostly 45mins to an hour) and then I go and do about 30 mins of circuit training. I have a problem with dieting no matter what I try, but I don't eat badly necessarily. I'm stuck at a point where basically I'm just not putting on any weight, just sticking at 170lbs. I'm 5'10 and would like to mostly tone up and drop about 20lbs back to where I was a couple years ago. The funny thing is, this past weekend I haven't been able to get to work out and I ate like normal and I lost a few pounds..Could this be due to my workout plan? Read More »
