2009 Q Awards: Best Dressed?
Now that you've seen all of the great Q Award looks, it's time to decide who is your best dressed! Fearne Cotton, Shingai Shoniwa and Sophie Ellis Bextor all opted for black frocks but in very different styles. T.R. Annie went with the shiort do and a belted black and emerald number. I have noticed a lot of sequined hot pants in stores this season. They're always tiny and sparkly which are perfect if you're feeling brave for the party season.
