Dear Dr. Gross,
I get these little bumps on the back of my arms and legs that look like teeny pimples or in-grown hairs, but not exactly either. I end up picking at them and making it worse. Nothing I've tried has truly helped, besides a sun tan - but that's not a real cure. Help!

Keratosis Pilaris also known as K.P. or Chicken Skin has no cure and affects an estimated 40 to 50% of the adult population and approximately 50 to 80% of all adolescents.
