Although I’m still
embarrassed to talk about my struggles with food so openly, doing
so here on this blog helps me to be completely honest with
myself—which is hugely important. More than
exercise, more than what’s on my
food plan, not bingeing is the single
most
important aspect of my shaping up—and even more than that—my
sanity. For one reason or another (I can’t even tell you exactly

make a run to the deli last night, around midnight, to buy food and
