So yet another article is claiming that sleeping with co-workers is all the rage these days, thanks to a 21 percent decline in sexual harassment claims in the past decade. But here's the thing: We get that men would be more open to office nookie now that they no longer fear being told "see you in court." But was this ever what stopped women from dipping their pen in the company inkwell?

(Or are women the inkwell being dipped into?? We guess the phallic phrase tells a story in itself.) It seems to us that it was more the fear of gaining the wrong kind of reputation that stopped them.
