Cry me a...Vidalia?
Ok, so Vidalia onions don't actually make me cry, but the red and the white ones usually do. I've heard that this won't happen if your knife is sharp, but I use Cutco, and anyone who knows anything about Cutco knows that they stay ultra sharp for quite a long while. Now I have noticed... Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
Spaghetti has always been one of my favorite dishes. It's easy to make, and provides a delicious, filling meal. Everyone prefers their spaghetti sauce differently. Scalloped Potatoes
Every time we buy a Honeybaked ham, my mom makes these scalloped potatoes. She usually starts them early in the morning, and it cooks all day, torturing us with the tasty smells! This year she decided to use bacon instead of the ham, and it was delicious! I love it both ways, but I think I would have to compare them both at once to figure out which I like best. Yeah... they're that good!
