What are you wearing today? (or tonight, or this weekend, or...)

And so, for the first time since May, I have been wearing jeans (also? I'm so tired of having to shave my legs every single day, and pants totally eliminate this task). Anyway, today I am wearing a pair of 7 for All Mankind jeans that I bought on eBay and that I completely love, a white tank and flat brown leather sandals. My hair is down and yes, I am wearing the dreaded Wayfarers again.
Best jeans ever. Though this not exactly, um, how I look in them.

Yes! It's Friday again...and so, you know, What Are You Wearing?

Anyway, it's another unbelievably beautiful day in Brooklyn. Bright, not too hot and the morning smells like summer in the best possible way. Not to be too annoyingly cheerful, but I am also wearing one of my favorite things I bought all summer—this cute paisley dress from Urban Outfitters which has pockets (which I love) and my navy Worishofer sandals which you all hate. I have hair down and later I will put on lipstick and dangly gold earrings.

What's your sexiest summer outfit?
By Jennifer Romolini, Shine staff, on Mon Jun 16, 2008 11:50am PDTI was having one of those completely blah days last week, working at home, sweaty, didn't leave the house until around noon and, when I did, I just threw on an off-white leotard type thing with a full red skirt on top of it and my most comfortable pair of flat brown sandals. And then something very strange and a little embarrassing happened: I caught a glimpse of myself in a store window and I felt super-sexy. Out of nowhere, I had that confident, strutting around feeling, the kind you see in stupid shampoo commercials sometimes and believe in your heart that bouncing women like this do not exist in real life.
It was a good day.
Later, I figured out why this miraculous situation occurred. It turns out this last minute, laziness outfit, like all of anyone's best outfits, was actually one that really suits my body shape—I have wide hips, but good shoulders and calves, so this full-skirt, fitted shirt thing worked for me.
