After my girlfriend's jokes about my granny panty lines in class, yesterday for the first time in all of my exercising life, I worked out in a thong! Now I'm not a thong kind of girl to begin with, so the thought of being sweaty in a thong sounded really uncomfortable. Turns out after an hour of cardio, it wasn't so bad. In fact, I barely noticed the lack of material on my tush. I'm not sure if I'll be leaving the cotton jockeys behind, but here and there change is good. Now maybe I'll even give the shorts with built-in underwear a chance. Have you braved the fitness world in a thong, or are you a full coverage girl like me?

Some of you are already familiar with the Your SELF Challenge five-star system. Each day you can earn one star for working out, a star for tracking you food intake, a star for stretching your muscles, a star for taking a second to applaud your efforts and.... drumroll please... a star for sleeping!
