I love fall—and all the heartier food that comes with it. What I don’t love is all the fat and calories, and neither do my jeans. With these easy substitutions, I can still have my macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, and french fries and fit into my clothes too. Here’s how a few…

Spaghetti has always been one of my favorite dishes. It's easy to make, and provides a delicious, filling meal. Everyone prefers their spaghetti sauce differently. I love having lots of cooked ground beef mixed into the sauce, so you get chunks of meat in every bite.
This recipe is my grandmother's recipe, and is the recipe I have grown up with. With six kids, my grandmother sure knew how to cook a great meal... I wouldn't change a thing.

This recipe can be prepared in 45 minutes or less. This new version of spaghetti and meatballs still goes well with the usual accompaniments: green salad, crusty garlic bread and some red wine. End with spumoni ice cream. Servings: Serves 2; can be doubled. ... Read More »
