I can’t imagine graduating from college in this bummer of a job market, but commencement season is upon us. And I have some exciting news for anyone still chipping away at student loans.
Here’s the deal: Starting July 1, anyone with student-loan debt can apply to the Income-Based Repayment (IBR) program. According to this article from TheStreet.com, if you owe more than you make in a year, you probably qualify.
