We’re just back from a week in the warm Florida sun and the warm company of grandparents. We’re at the point now where everyone in the family packs their own bags—for better or worse. But we’ve added one thing to the checklist of shorts, flip flops and bathings suits: electronics chargers.
Do the math: Five people, five phones, three iPods, two cameras, two laptops. That adds up to lots of wires. In a typical rush, we stuffed most of them into a zip-lock bag in the final push out the door to the airport, which means they were a tangled mess when we went to use them. In search of a better way, I found a few travel options to help keep chargers organized or to cut down on the number of chargers we take on the road.
The simplest, least-expensive DIY approach, of course, is for everyone to have their own bag/pouch to keep their chargers in their travel bag.
