It’s almost too easy to hate video games. With all the zombie-shooting, vampire-beheading and in some cases, hooker-murdering (ahem: Grand Theft Auto), parents who’d rather their kid didn’t grow up to steal cars or slay demons often label all boob tube games as either desensitizing or mind-numbing. I'm happy to announce that today I'm trading in my gym membership for Wii Fit. Yay! I made the decision a few weeks ago after I compared the price of my gym membership versus buying Wii Fit. For me, it was a no-brainer. I already owned a Wii, so I would just have to pay around $80 for the game. (My gym membership costs me about $349 a year.) Read More »
