Fast foods: worst kids meals

The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine conducted a study based on high fat content, sodium, cholesterol, and red and processed meats to determine the most unhealthy 'healthy' fast food kids meals. The list includes Chick- fil-A's grilled nuggets kids meal, the cheeseburger happy meal from McDonalds, The Sonic Kids Junior Burger meal, the Burger King hamburger kids meal, and Denny's Build Your Own Jr. Grand slam.
