Shine Tries It: Dr. Oz 2-Day Cleanse

In this episode of Shine Tries It, Shine's Sarah Weir tests the Dr. Oz 2-Day Cleanse. The detox diet consists of three light meals a day with green juice in between. Sarah had cooked grains for breakfast, combined with an apple or pear. Lunch consisted of a smoothie. And for dinner, Sarah ate vegetable soup. The diet allowed juice and raw veggie as a snack during the day.
