We're testing out wacky weight loss items that you see in infomercials including sauna pants, the belly burner, and the fat magnet. The sauna pants and belly burner are said to increase your core thermal temperature to burn away water weight and ultimately shed pounds and the fat magnet sheds away grease from food.
