If you're in London and hoping for a glimpse of Kate or Pippa Middleton, then cross your fingers and head to Chelsea for some retail therapy. For these fashionable sisters, King's Road around Sloane Square is the place to shop, and the two are frequently spotted visiting their favorite stores in the trendy, upscale area. So grab your map and your wallet, and head out for a day of shopping fit for a (future) queen.
Just days before her wedding, the Duchess of Cambridge stopped at the King's Road Peter Jones, her favorite department store. The royal newlywed made a return trip after her honeymoon, when she was seen purchasing rugs, pillows, and other housewares for her new home. Pippa was also photographed at the same store last June.
A fan of the popular chain, the Duchess paired a blue Zara dress with a black blazer the day after her wedding. She was spotted at the King's Road Zara in August 2011, and she visited the store again in November, this time with her female protection officer.
The week of her wedding, Kate picked up some honeymoon clothes at Warehouse on King's Road. The future queen left with three dresses and a shirt, all of which cost her a relatively reasonable $362.
On one of her last outings as a single woman, Kate stopped at the popular retailer Whistles, also located in her favorite area of King's Road. Most notably, Kate donned a ruffled white Whistles blouse for one of her engagement pictures, and she wore the brand's navy and white sweater set during her visit to the United States.

In January, the cost-conscious Duchess was spotted at Anonymous by Ross + Bute on - you guessed it — King's Road. According to witnesses, Kate purchased a purple shirt that was on sale, marked down to $130 from $275.
L. K. Bennett
Located in the Duke of York Square on King's Road, L.K. Bennett is Kate's go-to place to buy shoes. She is frequently seen wearing their "Sledge" nude heels, and she's also been seen in the brand's black espadrilles on more than one occasion.
When you're ready for lunch, hit up one of Kate's favorite King's Road eateries, the Bluebird. The popular restaurant — which features a dining room, bar, cafe, wine cellar and food store — is also a favorite of Pippa and Carole Middleton as well.
Another trendy lunch or dinner alternative is Megan's Restaurant, a deli and café on King's Road. Pippa Middleton and former boyfriend Alex Loudon were spotted exiting the popular eatery, which prides itself on the "best cooked breakfasts in London."
While these are a few of Kate and Pippa's favorite places to shop and dine, it's hard to find a store in the area that the Middleton sisters haven't visited. The duo have been known to shop at most of the retailers on King's Road between Sloane Square and the Duke of York Square, including Reiss, Jigsaw, Joseph, Collette Dinnigian, and Russell & Bromley. We may not be able to walk in their shoes, but we can definitely walk in their shoe stores.
