Not many models return to the industry at 46-years old. Then again, not many models are Lauren Hutton. As a young woman, Hutton had a majorly successful career as a fashion model for Ford Modeling Agency and Revlon cosmetics - a career she parlayed into acting in films like American Gigolo and hosting her own talk show.
Now, at 67, Hutton owns her own cosmetic line, Lauren Hutton Makeup, and can be seen in ad campaigns for Mango and J. Crew. It's clear she's still at the top of her game, and she has a wardrobe as vibrant and unique as her.
Here, Astrid Brucker, a fashion stylist who has styled Hutton for film and TV, offers a few tips to get the model's iconic style for yourself:
1. Structured Jackets
"Lauren loves jackets, especially Armani," says Brucker. She often wears them on the red carpet with a cropped pair of pants or a pencil skirt. Brucker has put Hutton in jackets to play up her best features. "Like men, women can use the jacket to accent their silhouette. It hides flaws and emphasizes the best in your figure."

When Lauren is casually lunching in New York or traveling to research new makeup products, she can be seen wearing a classic yet effortless shirt dress. "She wears Calypso's silk shirt dresses in lighter hues or white," says Brucker. Not only are they comfortable to wear, but they're also very easy to accessorize - just a belt and simple sandals or boots will do.

"Lauren has a lot of color in her wardrobe," say Brucker. "She mixes reds, yellows, and greens with neutrals such as white, and it works because color naturally brightens her look, as opposed to wearing all black." To pull off bold colors like Lauren, pair a bright blazer with a khaki pant or a colored pant with a neutral top.

Lauren's hair hasn't changed that much since she first began modeling. She was born with wavy hair, "which gives her a natural elegance," remarks Brucker. To achieve locks as luscious as hers, try using Lauren's Tamuno Oil Body Trio (which strengthens hair), and products designed to bring out your hair's natural wave and texture.

Lauren once said, "Our wrinkles are our medals of the passage of life. They are what we have been through and who we want to be." Though she's reportedly never gone under the knife, she has dedicated a considerable amount of her time researching skin and makeup products to combat signs of aging. What she's developed is a line of light, natural-looking products "to enhance my features instead of masking them."
