    Shea Vaughn looks amazing and uses SheaNetics as part of her everyday workout and she adds cardio 3-4 times a week. Ms. Vaughn also tries to eat healthy by adding mostly fruits and vegetables to her diet. However, she also feel a little bit of what you fancy is just fine.     Recently, a student, we will call Mark, from class he shared that he was just laid off. On his last day he had been working on a project and suddenly had to make the decision to either complete the project or to leave it for someone else. He said he thought about the Five Living Principles and decided to finish the project before leaving. He certainly showed a tremendous amount of Integrity. But along with that, Commitment, Perseverance, Self-Control and especially Love, as he was able to leave having set the best example he possibly could. The great irony of this story was that about a month later, his old company called him up and asked him to come back to work.

    Ms. Vaughn feels that she is blessed with a loving and supportive family. They are all proud of each other and the path each of them has chosen in life.

    Promoting SheaNetics is her primary focus. But as a lifestyle practice that inspires healthy living it reaches out to many areas including teaching, acting and modeling. SheaNetics has designed a jewelry line for distribution to which they hope to add related green product lines including clothing, vitamins and exercise equipment. There is a SheaNetics book already written and planned for publication, as well as certification of SheaNetics instructors along with the program's introduction to various high end health clubs.
