Surprisingly, this protein-packed snack is one of the lighter savory items available. Most movie theatres also offer greasy nachos with more than 900 calories!
2. Twizzler strawberry twists: 263 calories, 1 g fat for half a bag
Portion out a few strands to nibble on during the movie. Just be careful: Eating the entire large bag will set you back more than 500 calories.

3. Small popcorn: 225 calories, 6 g fat for half a bag
Movie popcorn can be a great, high-fiber snack, as long as you skip the butter pump. Besides tripling the calorie count, adding butter also tacks on 17 grams of fat.

Sweetened with stevia, this thirst quencher is high in vitamin C and B vitamins. A 20-ounce diet soda on the other hand is sweetened with aspartame and high in "natural and artificial flavors."
