According to USA Today, a 30-second commercial in 2009 cost companies approximately $3 million. This year's cost, which may dip to $2.5 million due to the economy, still proved too high for some companies. The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum was the first stadium to hold a Super Bowl. The Louisiana Superdome has hosted the most Super Bowls - a total of six between 1978 and 2002.
