Basecamp is really where all the action happens for us. This project management platform is amazing to collaborate between a group of people on different projects, giving you the ability to invite those you need for each one. It also features calendars, to-do lists, file upload and storage, progress reports, send-by-email options, and so much more. This is one tool that gets used all day long in my businesses.

Since everything I have done has had absolutely no funding or financial investment, I've had to be very creative and resourceful in how I invest my time and the money that comes in from the work that's done. There are many tools out there that make it much easier for me to keep track of my daily finances. Here's a list of 6 financial and productivity tools to get you started. - By Ana Flores
