Not keeping your desk organized
With a good home office, everything you could every need for work is right there at your finger tips...a sturdy desk, printer, lots of drawers for storage, and maybe even a filing cabinet. The problem is, it can be easy at home to let things get messy and disorganized, especially since there isn't a boss looking over your shoulder. Take some time to throw away the stuff you don't need and file or store the rest.

Working from home has its benefits and drawbacks. It allows for a great amount of flexibility, a personalized work environment, and there's no need to adhere to a business-y dress code.
