Our first black president is in his second term, fighting for -- among many things -- equal pay and secure reproductive rights for women. And First Lady Michelle Obama is pushing for a healthier (and more stylish) America. For women -- and black women in particular -- this really is a shining moment in history, with so many headlining ladies balancing their roles as career women and mothers.
