I Had the misfortune of staying at Los Angeles Adventurer All Suite Hotel at LAX! Overall The services offered are PERFECT. The Staff is HELL. Mean Spirited, Rude, Ghetto, Lies, and Abusive. I sat and listened to Keith the so-called bald headed short manager, make sexual comments to the employees. I watched him change the rules, and I watched him lie. I watched him attack a customer out of the blue after doing nothing about the fact that he screwed up her reservations and tell her he had no rooms yet he was renting rooms to client after clients with no reservations.

I watched his overweight front desk assistant make fun of an elderly woman who's heat, and air condition was not working properly. Yet she sat there and shot the (slang) breeze with another guy. I watched the same Pacific unprofessional Islander, lie on a guest that she overheard having a conversation that worked for the news and say the guest was causing a disturbance when the guest was sitting on her cell phone sharing
