Community corruption verses elite section corruption ,which is better to be favored by the governance but why.so.

The country is per chance divided as elite (that comprise from the Chief administrator down wards to subordinate service officers, and business managers) and between the Aam admi as (that comprises from middle class down to labor and farmers plus beggars) known as by the social governance way of thinking. And this can not be denied that the corruption in abundance is not only prevalent in the AamAdmi but also in the elite section as scams financial bungling and cheating to the treasury of the country,as have been under the scanning by the intelligence authorities now a days. Thus two sources rather enemies of the nation are there and giving challenge to the governance to if it could kill whom first or try to finish the other first. The political parties though blaming one another for this state but reluctant to decide which section of the corrupts are dangerous to be touched so as to get free for the coming elections to fight for their own existence are simply avoiding to remedy and introduce the LokPal bill of the Civil society that is most appropriate to finish the corruption. The best side they have taken with the help of media of their choice to blame the Aam Admi section as if they are corrupt and it seems to them it is rather impossible to control so let the country remain as such. There is in Hindi a saying that Sow chot Lohaar ki aur eyk choat sunnar ki barabar hoti hai but now knowingly the governance believes that eyk ch oat sunar (Present Elite section) is enough at one stroke to give the country a loss of multi crore of rupees loss verses te whole aamadmi section could not give even a loos of fraction of that by the elite section corruption tactics gives to the country but why they are not so serious to act and tackle the elite section responsible for all this hum buck..
