    Today marks the 70th anniversary of the release of Gone With the Wind, the epic drama chronicling the Civil War from the point of view of Southern heroine (and, I would argue, reformed spoiled brat, Scarlett O'Hara). The most popular film ever made, it was adapted by Sidney Howard from Margaret Mitc
