With all the amazing looks from Sunday night's Golden Globe Awards, one look that stood out to us wasn't in the form of an elegant updo or glam makeup. We could not take our eyes off of Jennifer Aniston's gorgeous gams! Here are 4 must-know tips on getting your own set of flawless legs. 1) Tone
Using a balance ball, this exercise will tone your glutes (butt), hamstrings (back of your legs), and quads (top of thighs). Stand facing away from a wall and place the ball between it and your buttocks. Leaning back against the ball to hold it in place, position your feet slightly in front of you, about shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees to lower yourself into a squat position. (The ball should roll up your back as you do this and your knees should not pass the front of your toes.) Hold for one count, then return to the starting position. 2) Exfoliate
Smooth legs are a bombshell attribute. "Cells turn over at a slower rate in the winter so it's not uncommon for dead skin cells to accumulate on your skin's surface." Exfoliation is the easiest way to speed things back up. St. Ives Shea Butter and Oatmeal Exfoliating Body Polish is gentle enough but still does the job so use it in the shower and pay special attention to knees and angles. Be cautious when using really gritty scrubs-they can end up scratching your skin and irritating it even more.
3) Moisturize
Hydrated skin is healthy skin! If you're finding that your moisturizer isn't cutting it during these cold winter months, start by applying a dry oil like Nivea Smooth Sensation Body Oil as soon as you step out of the shower. Apply your regular lotion on top, as needed.
4) Get Glowing
Using a self-tanner will not only give you sun-kissed legs, but it will also even out tone and cover up blemishes. Start by mixing a self-tanner with a fragrance-free colorless boy lotion and blend in with your hands for a smooth application. Wash your hands thoroughly and let your legs dry for 30 minutes.
