May there be any any other procedure to get redress for demands of some jokers( political actors) in the circus of a Democratic nation.

Where there is a democratic system in a country and it is expected that the government is there to rule honestly and sincerely the people, without any consideration of caste, creed and different social organization etc. but why such parties are thus often call for the attention of the Government to their party sens demands like reservations or some other favors to the members of different sects and organisations etc by forcing the roads block or locking the offices and shutting down the factories just to force the authorities to slump down, not only this but to hand over some deputation or letters to this effect to D M. or some other officers to hear and read it etc, If there is some difficulty on the side of the Government to be present on the spot to hear them or receive their letter of demands , the situations take to lawlessness and then the police action for not so necessary is taken that the situation worsens and the purpose of the (Jokers) is gained to disturb the circus of the country. Instead in these days of electronic media the government may train and convince the people that the purpose of sattaya grah or Dharna or rally may not be necessary but the electronic system may be used to send the demands or the suggestions if any to the offices of the government and the reply from them to the party be send at the earliest for actions.. In case the reply is not to the party's satisfaction then the application for that may be put at the courts special,y arranged for that by the Government. Thus there may be peace all round and no blockade and any loss to the nation.
