The Indian Budget very faithfully on the steps to foreign rulers of history of imposing Lagan and Rajia on the AAM ADMI for the sake of Global activity is it necessary ,then Why?

When ever a ruler have been requiring money for his comforts and for the rich of his team the most easiest source has been the poor and the unprivilaged population of the country, but in our democracy it is never to be expected and thought that our rulers may not think about the health of the unprevilaged ones , instead the may force them to sell their hard earned money or the property etc for the sake of giving medical aid to the needy of their families in emegency.
It is granted that the rich, black marketier and Rajas etc may not have the pinch of the pain that the poor will now have. All this is being done for the Globalisaation at the cost of the poor suffering, Where as it is very easy to ask the previlagedf ones to cut shiort their extravaganza expenditures on cars. airoplanes and resort and five star Hotels and some other lavish habits in coporated by the glare of globalisation.
It is requested to the Goivernment that it should keep in the mind that the development in the east Africa how the world is changing against the corrupt and tbhe senseless policies of the rulers And we hope the health and the education of the poior may be kept on the top of the budget.
