The whistle Blower policy and the food SaftyStandards Act of 2006 as per the declaration of trhe Minister is soon to come into force onthe adulteration and the adulterators but with no reference to the adulteration instigrators, they may be from the public or if not but possible from the agencies to be used to catch the adulteration and the adulterator, because for one oe two decads year the to controling machinaries have failed to function properly rather leasurely to tacle this problem spreading like cancer and giving cancer to the public due to mass adulteration un caught for. and thus encouraged to further spreading.
So the Organisations like AGMARK AND OHER LIKE ISI STANDARDS MAY ALSO BW MADE MORE EFFECTIVE by havuing work force in cluding Officers those who claim that they are the Government and the rules are theirs as made on the spot of Inspection, not caring such rules may be against the Rules as prscribed by the Parliament oif India in the rules of Agricultural Marketing of the Indian Government which could only be chgainged only in the Parliamen and not by any other body.
Such behavior of the officersf not put to brake wew shall never be able to errdicate the corruption and the adulteration , that could have been instigated by the attitude of such persons, just for getting higher standard in the eyes of others of the other presons standards.
That is why some intelligence force like the armed forces may be also there to control such inspectorate officers, if really the adulteration is to be stopped
