Women are better at job interviews than men,Women are better at job interviews than men,It's no secret that women do a lot of things better than men. In fact, science has found at least 10 different things. Oops-make that 11.

    By Korin Miller

A new study out of the University of Western Ontario found that women are better at handling the stress of a job interview. Researchers found that, while women get more freaked beforehand about interviewing, we do better in the actual event.

Here's what went down: Scientists told college students they were going to be doing job interviews and tracked their behavior leading up to the big moment.

Women talked to friends and family about their anxiety and practiced mock interviews with their friends. Guys watched TV and pretended they didn't care about the interview, which naturally made them bomb in the moment compared to the women.

Okay, there are three things you can learn from this. One, we get more stressed about job stuff, so it's important to do a ton of stress-relieving stuff (hit the gym, talk to your friends, do yoga) in the days before you go in for an interview. Two, being prepared for an interview really does pay off. Sure, it might seem obvious, but you'd be surprised how many people don't actually prep in advance.

And three, if a job comes down to you and an equally-qualified dude, the odds are stacked in your favor. Score.

STOP IT! Stop with the sexism. This is all social training. Women have been raised from birth to be more talkative, communicate better, and show their feelings. Of course they do better at job interviews. We need to teach the next generation of men that it's okay to have feelings, it's okay to be empathetic, it's okay to chit chat, and it's okay to be social.
