Stay Away From the White-Out Look
Nothing looks chicer than a white pencil skirt for work, and pairing it with a crisp, white top can look even better. The one thing you'll want to change up though, is your accessories. Stay away from adding more white, as you may end up looking like a nurse-like cartoon character. Instead, try a neutral belt and heels, adding a pop of color with a bright bag. Many of us have the tendency to want to add a bit of sex appeal to our outfits, especially when going out at night. But, nothing looks worse than too-tight white. White pants are a summer must-have, but don't forget to check yourself in the light--if you can see through your pockets or easily define your undergarments, the fabric is too sheer.
