Sarah Jessica Parker on motherhood, career, and balancing it all

On today's show, Anderson explored the longstanding debate of stay-at-home moms vs. working moms, with Sarah Jessica Parker, Greg Kinnear, Christina Hendricks and Olivia Munn, who all star in the new film, "I Don't Know How She Does It," which features Parker as the breadwinning mother of two trying to balance it all.

Sarah Jessica talked candidly about her real-life role as a mom, managing the puzzle that is the busy schedules of three children, along with her own career. "You are an air traffic controller... that's how you function."

Anderson also had a candid conversation with stay-at-home moms and real working moms about their respective decisions.

Jasmine, a mom who works outside the home, said she feels a divide exists between moms who work inside the home and moms who work out of the home. According to her, "Stay-at-home moms can sometimes be clique-y" and it's difficult for them to open the "mommy club."
