In celebration of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, the back-up heir to the throne Prince Harry embarked on a 10-day tour of the Caribbean to spread British good will. And it seems he succeeded; Harry charmed locals and participated in charity work in the Bahamas, Belize, Jamaica, and Brazil in honor of his grandmother's 60 years on the throne. Though most of the celebrations will take place in London this June, Harry's tour helped to kick off the festivities and it apparently had quite an effect on the young prince, who claimed he got "choked up a little bit every now and then" at the locals' welcoming reception and love for his "Granny." And of course, it couldn't hurt that he stayed in accommodations fit for a king, errrr, prince. Get an inside look at Harry's luxe digs!

First Stop: The Lodge at Chaa Creek -- Belize

Prince Harry kicked off his tour in beautiful Belize, where he sipped on rum (it's no secret the prince likes to party) during a street parade. The prince and his entourage stayed at the luxurious Chaa Creek, one of Belize's first eco-lodges. This sophisticated operation includes rustic-luxe, thatched-roof cottages, wonderful service, and modern amenities such as an infinity pool with jungle views and a full-service spa. The riverside setting on a private rainforest reserve is phenomenal, and a myriad of tours and outdoor activities are offered through the hotel; Harry may have prepped for his polo match at the on-site stables. Keep your eyes peeled -- The Lodge at Chaa Creek is coming soon to Oyster.com!

Next Up: Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort -- Bahamas

Later, Harry visited the Bahamas where he attended a reception for youth leaders and met the enamored Miss Bahamas, who said she would marry the prince [Ed. note: Get in line, honey!], at the Sheraton Beach Resort. The resort features large, stylish rooms, a top-notch gym (one of the best in the Bahamas), beautiful grounds, and three pools.

Last Stop: Half Moon -- Jamaica

Aroyal family favorite for years, the Half Moon hosted the prince during his stay in Jamaica. And though the Prince thrilled locals throughout his tour, it seems that the staff at Half Moon, where Harry stayed in a five-bedroom villa, was the most charmed by his visit. The villa's cook gushed, "Meeting Prince Harry was the experience of lifetime... He was very complimentary to myself and the rest of the villa staff and told me he would love to come back." And why wouldn't he? Stretching over 400 acres (with two miles of beach), the ultra-luxe resort offers attentive service, quality cuisine, and seemingly limitless activities such as swimming with dolphins, golfing, and horseback riding.
