Chic D.I.Y. Halloween Decorations that Prove Halloween is for Adults, Too

Tori Spelling makes Halloween decorations that are much cuter-- and cheaper!--than anything you'll find at the drugstore.

My kids have more fun giving out candy than getting it. And because Halloween is just as much for adults as it is for kids, I wanted a candy table that looked Halloween chic. Craft stores always have basics like skulls made from plaster or plastic and fake plastic spiders. There are a lot of mini projects on this table, but they were so easy!

Set your ghoulish table:

1. Glitter skulls: Use a paintbrush to cover plaster skulls with Elmer's Glue, then generously pour glitter over them. When dry, shake off the excess.

2. Candy dish: Glue-gun small plastic skulls around the base of the bowl. Turn it upside down and spray the bottom and the skulls with gold spray paint.

3. Cobweb votives: Cut cheesecloth into long strips and wrap it around Mason or jam jars, securing with glue. The spiders will grab right on!

4. Creepy vases:
Spray-paint old wine and vinegar bottles white. Let dry, then use a stencil to hand-paint details with black acrylic paint.
