Mitch graduated from the American College of Hotel and Restaurant Management with a degree in Food and Beverage Management. For the past 25 years, Mitch has supervised staff at restaurants and hotels around the country, which includes 15 years of service at the executive level. Mitch functioned as Director of Hotel Operations at Peppermill Resort Spa Casino in Reno, Senior General Manager with Restaurants Unlimited, Inc. in Honolulu and most recently as Director of Restaurant Operations for Bing Crosby's Restaurants based out of the Bay area. When he is not working, Mitch enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
