Go for the bold
Men are attracted to bright colors, as are most people, so play up your killer pout with a swipe on a bright, bold lipstick. Look for inspiration from the runway shows, where bold red lips look stunning on both cool and warm tones. If classic red just isn't your color opt for a darker wine or berry; both shades look great against a set of pearly whites.
Choose the right skincare products
Although this is a year-long beauty tip, many women don't switch skincare products with the cooler seasons in mind. Personally, my skin gets dry as the temperature dips, so I go for a gentler face scrub and thicker moisturizer to combat the weather. Double check the ingredients listed in your cleanser, scrubs, toners and lotions to make sure you're getting what's best for your skin depending on season. Clean, clear, well-managed skin is always attractive.
Try a new scent
Fact: men love women who smell nice. Well, really who doesn't love people who smell nice? Put your beach themed scents and light floral perfumes and sprays away and try something with a spicier or darker note this fall.
Play up your best feature
If you're in love with your piercing blue eyes ,then by all means try a smoky shadow and layer on the mascara. Maybe your bouncy waves are the mane event? Splurge on darker highlights or a shine treatment. Find a feature that gets you the most compliments from men and make it the "star" of your beauty routine.
Mix it up
Why not play with one of this season's trends? Men will surely notice your bold nails, plus it's an easy trend that anyone can pull off. Opt for colors seen on runways like navy blue, classic nude, emerald or blood red. Try a great, rich navy on trend for weekdays or go for an iridescent green on the weekend. Metallic colors are also in the mix; a shimmering purple-gray will draw eyes in.
