MISTREATED: ALL I WANT to DO is COME to WORK, WORK GO HOME (SO WHATS the PROBLEM)

I really love and appreciate the company I work for I have given them over 6 years of my life. Through many ups, downs,trails, tribulations Human resources, good managers like Jeff, Maria has always been there. Things were going fine until I was tranferred to a department by the name of "BUNDLES". I was transferred with the promise that I would be promted within and that the new dfepartment gave me a chance to grow within the company. I applied for a management postion but was not given a reason other than they wanted managers that were bi-lingual.. The three mangers that were hired were based on personal decisons and not profession one soon resigned and the other left to work for another conpany. The third manager (who is not bilingual) the only reason she stayed and her numbers prevailed is because she commits fraud time clock, fraud if certain team manger miss days she fixes their attendance so she can make her $750.00 bonus each week, she send the employees with FMLA home or just puts the agents who are her friends in AUX 6, 2, 5 all day call avoidance so they are not forced to take calls and her numbers are not affected (FRAUD) The 3rd manager was my manager until one days she comes intyo work drunk with three of her friends and one tried to get into a physical altercation. I walk away so I do not lose my freedom or job I handle things professionally. They next day I got to HR to file a complaint and now I have friends of the manger who are leads that will not assist me. I am labled in the work place as a snitch. I transfer from her team and go to Henry's team where same thing occurred and Henry resigned Then Lee ( not bi-lingual) was made our Team manager he has no experience but he is fair he is terminated soon but he was the only reliable, dependable TM that the account has had. I am still in bundles and nothing has changed we have Managers who refuse to take supervisor calls they think that their job is to just sit at the computer watch the monitor tell the agents watch you aftercall, hurry up on the cal, no soft skills, people skills. They abuse their positons by taking long lunches drinking on lunch goping to lunch with their friends while their friend stay logged in on company time or they fix their time. One friend went to get her tire changed. They leave go do errands for the TM on Company time. All unprofessional They have botched attendance so their friends get FMLA and RAISES while others are denied and are still waitying close to eight months for their raises. I have been to Human resources three times once I was called a B word, another time the verbal altercation that almost became physical. The last time My ex- supervisor comes to only me on the floor to theorw away a cup , hen the entire floor is eating whle I am on the phone with a customer and since I do not do what she says whens she says it I am written up given a final for insubordination, but you are no longer my manager. Four managers ago I cannot get you to ask a question assit if I have a work related or technical question, or need a supervisors assistance you refer me to my supervisor buty if it calls for getting loud, being rude, unprofessional, confrontational, disrespectful you want to speak to me out of retaliation because I have went to Human resources. Last week I worked over 60 hours made 125 bundles where I get paid per sale I hit all my KPIS attachment rate, aht, attendance, acw but this department wants to listen to every one of my calls just my calls out of everyone on the entire floor, but when management does fraud a blind eye is turned. No one can see how she make superstar every week by call avoidance, time clock fraud, and it makes me sick because I do not got to work to make friends or enemies just to work and make money... but because I am not a certain age or because I rather go tyo HR than fist fight at work I get an inhumane treatment my raise was denied, my FMLA denied ehen I was a lead Lee's lead and should have taken my TM's position until he was replaced but it was given to someone else from another team and its all personal and not professional and it just makes me sick.... I have called the EEOC but I am not yet 40 (so age descrimination is out ) I was referred to the Miami- Dade Human rights department for employment and would like to seek llegal action for mistreatment because of my age/ race...
