MOVING FORWARD, LOOKING BACK CAN BE A POWERFUL RESOURSE TO LIFE♥

If someone was to ask you go way back in your past, what is the first thing comes to
mind? I call the comfort zone. because its a save place to be at times when things
are good or bad depending where your mind is at to help you move forward♥
So I ask myself the same question.

I was about 7 or 8 I had ask my mom and dad why do you yell so much why can't there be
peace, love and understanding. they never answered. so I went to my comfort zone.
in a little corner of my living room. with my little paperdoll who was my best friend.
I cried and prayed to God they would stop. I was so scared. so I called my sisters and
brothers and gave them a hug. they ask me why is daddy and mommy always fighting
Don't worry love will show them the way. so I told them hold something you love or
do something that make you happy. so they did and made hot coco to make things
better. the next day for one whole day things where better. so I told my sisters and
brothers how are you? they said happy everyone moved forward even for that day.
as I got a little older my comfort zone got a little bigger. I would play in the garden
and found every little rose and flower so beautiful and hearing birds singing.
so I thought to myself I am going sing a little song for my mom and dad to make them
smile. and it worked. and that is when I realize I found my comfort zone. is music.
now as I am older now. I have my little corner filled with music, and art work, stuff
animals. When I feel sad at times I go way back in my mind and visit my comfort zone
and remember all the good things that made me feel save and happy when i was
a child. but in the real darkside they say to forget and let go, sometime that is hard
to forget. so I put it in a little box and share it from time to time, you have to do so
and there is other times I have to leave it too God and there are times I may repeat it
only because I have not come to peace with it. but soon i realize its just trails that we
all go through and it part of life no matter where I am in life I am going to make it.
I have faith and starting to come to truth with myself. of who I am. I maybe going
through many trails now. I am my own best friend, and I have friends who love me,
and I love them. and most of all I love God. moving forward and it feels good. if I go
backward I just visit my comfort zone for peace and just pray.

I do miss two people. that is irish and dolphin. please come back someday. just know
I love you and think about both of you every day. You have my hand in spirit. postive
energy to you both. Now i feel better moving forward lots of hugs to you both and a big
smile♥
