You can create the movie theatre experience at home with your kids.
Setting Up
The mood of the theatre is most important! Why not roll out the red carpet for your little movie stars? And don't forget to dim the lights. If you have some red or blue sheets lying around, drape them from the ceiling to simulate a velvet curtain. It also would be fun to usher your moviegoers in with a flashlight and show them to their seats, just for that extra little effect!
Snack Bar
A snack can make the perfect movie experience. Popcorn, fresh veggies with dip, ice cream sundaes, or any one of our tasty
Pop-Tarts® flavors would make a delicious movie-viewing experience. Make an even more authentic theatre night by serving your guests from your own concession stand. "Would you like some butter with your popcorn?"
Intermission
About halfway through the movie, announce an intermission. An intermission is the perfect time for a restroom break or to take some time to stretch. An intermission is also a great time to catch your young ones up on what they might have missed, or talk about the most exciting moments so far.
