Find your passion. Retired Four-Star Army general Ann Dunwoody says some people are working in jobs they're not passionate about and feeling stuck. "We have to allow people, kids, adults to experiment, and test, and find something they really enjoy doing," she advises. "I believe you'll know it when you do it."

Love what you do. Lisa Price, founder of Carol's Daughter, says success is being able to do what you love and doing what you need to get the job completed. "To be at work from 10 in the morning until 2 in the morning and not be bothered by it," explains Lisa.

Follow your heart. "I don't think enough people, especially young people, listen to that gut, or that heart, or that feeling," says Cinnabon president Kat Cole. She says people allow external factors to guide their decision or are confused, but they should be paying attention to that gut feeling and following their heart.
