Seriously?!

Ok, now I love Shine and the people to death... but the Customer Care... not so much.... in event of the disappearing comments all over the site, I decided to take some advice and click the help button, which lead me to here http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/shine/... Ok cool.... then I went here http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/shine/forms_index.html;_ylt=AtuJm_C1.Pjocr77J..JHTXJ0yh4?last_url=http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/shine/index.html

Awesome! Now I can contact people to maybe get the word to them that our comments that are not otherwise reportable or against TOS or even the least bit snarky are disappearing... all over the site... Now, I'm not one to complain (much) but this is getting rediculous... But when I get a response such as this:

Hello,

Thank you for writing to Yahoo! Shine.

I understand you are noticing that user comments are disappearing. If
you're not seeing a comment you or someone else posted, it could be
because enough readers on the site have voted Thumbs Down on the
comment. If enough readers vote Thumbs Down on a comment, it is
automatically hidden in order to make more room for other comments.

Please note that Yahoo! Shine and News reviews article comments from
time to time to ensure that all comments comply with our Yahoo! Terms of
Service (TOS). You can review the Yahoo! TOS at this location:

http://docs.yahoo.com/info/te...

I hope I have addressed and understood your question or concern. If not,
please don't hesitate to reply to this email and we will gladly assist
you further.

Thank you again for contacting Yahoo! Shine

I have to wonder... what the hell is going on? The Costumer Service person (who shall remain nameless) doesn't even know the difference between Yahoo! Shine and Yahoo! Answers (seeing as it's the latter not the former that has the thumbs down option... I know because I have over 10,000 points on both of my Yahoo! Answers profiles)....

Please please PLEASE! Learn the difference and fix it so that people will want to come back!

With all this said, I really do appreciate the work that goes on behind the scenes of this site... but I find it quite unacceptible when you don't know the difference between your products.
