Which new TV pilots should you watch? Our guide will help you decide!

We're so relieved to finally have our old standbys back ("Grey's Anatomy," "Samantha Who?" "The Office," "30 Rock," "Gossip Girl," "Heroes," "Top Design," "Ugly Betty," "Brothers & Sisters," etc) but we're also psyched to check out a ton of new programs. This season there are loads of sitcoms, dramas, cartoons, and a lot of overseas imports we hope will stand up to their already successful counterparts. Don't know which to watch? We've conveniently summed them all up in one sentence apiece. Happy viewing!

Still don't know what to watch? The editors at Entertainment Weekly have stuck a deal with TiVo that allows them to program your boxes for you and stop recording mid-season if a show starts to suck. If you're one of those people who needs to be told what you're in the mood to eat for dinner, this could be a viable option. [Gawker]
